Skullcandy Full Metal Jacket Bud Headphones

These buds are not what I expected. From all the reviews I was expecting sound quality and volume to be exceptional. They are not bad at all, but I have heard this much bass from 9mm drivers. Also, the casing is slightly bulky, which is fine unless you are trying to sleep on them or something like that. All in all, not a bad headphone, but a little expensive for all the hype that I don't feel they live up to.

The Full Metal jackets Skullcandy's top of the line ear buds, and the certainly have earned the title, I used them for my first time out on the slopes today. I didn't even notice that i had them in my ears, great fit and awesome sound. Also works great when you do the old one ear in trick(safety first! lol), where as other earbuds fall out as soon as you turn your head. If you love your tunes and are willing to pay a little more, these are the go!

Great quality buds. The three different sized earpieces are a nice touch, as is the carrying case. Best feature by far on these is the 11mm driver, which allows for a great quality of sound, much better than most other ear buds.

These ear buds are great. I like how they fit in my ears and stay in when running or just launging around. I've tried some more expensive brands such as Bose or some Sony's but I perfer the fit and sound of these much much more. I would definatly recomend these to anyone.

Great price for great buds. Nice quality for a money warranty to back it up. they sound crystal clear, pop em in and you can't hear anything around you. differing shells to fit in different size ears, gotta love it dude. most of which they stay in, but sometimes fall out. maybe due to my back pack strap. im yet to see how they hold up hittin major air of tables on my skis, but so far i love em.

These earbuds work well. But pop out of the ears quite easy. An upgrade to any standard pair of earbuds.

these are good ear buds, they work pretty good for just about anything that you want to do. I wouldn't call them great because for the price the sound quality should be better.

For this price, I can a better sound quality but won't look as cool as this.

Boo. Guess I got a bad pair. Sound is totally drained out in one bud. Straight out of the box and they don't work? We'll see what skullcandy's customer service is like...

These FMJ's are like directly injecting your dome with slaps, knocks,beats, or whatever you call 'em. I have bought 10+ pairs of earbuds in the past year or so and these are the new #1's in my opinion clownin the bose that I paid almost double the price for no joke. They are the most comfortable, best bump for the buck, inline volume control is nice and recponsive, and the cables dont feel as thin and cheap as others out there. Also noise cancellation is pretty good too. one love for nobody!

These earbuds stay put for sure. I like that they come with 3 different sizes so you can find your best fit. I found that they also cut out a lot of the noise around you. When walking/running with these earbuds I find that they make noise when the cord moves around or hits something. It's kind of a rumbling sound. I personally find this a bit annoying, but maybe I need to get use to it or secure the cord better!? Other then the rumble noise I really like this earbuds!

Sound is fine, and they fit reasonably well with the various included silicone cups. But...they're f'ing cold when you first put them in if they've been sitting in your cold car all night...for some reason the cord transmits sound into the headphones / your ear as you move and it bumps against you/your shirt - because the volume adjustment thingy is somewhat heavy, it compounds this problem by swinging around and bouncing into your chest as you move. Oh, and the purple ones are pictured as having a metal-looking wire. That's not the case in real life. The cord is white, just like all the other ones.

Based on some recommendations, I recently purchased the Full Metal Jackets. Up until now, I've never found earbud headphones that actually fit well since my ear canal is pretty small. Most of the time, earbuds are either uncomfortable or fall out with a slight tilt of the head. These were the complete opposite, and I couldn't be any happier. The fit is very snug and I would rate the sound quality 4 out of 5. While on long runs, these have yet to fall out. Best earbud purchase I've made yet.

Great sound and durable! I got the 11mm and they sound great. They also come with 3 different sized ear pads, so they will fit well. I'm very happy with the Full Metal Jacket Buds.

I can say I am satisfied with my purchase just because I got them at the blowout price of 30$. For 11mm drivers, I am slightly disappointed, the sound is decent but the lows definitely are not there. If paying the 70$ I would not buy these, I would go with the Shure e2c's instead.

I scored them off SteepandCheap.com, so for $30 you really can't go wrong. However, I've seen some reviews (Amazon) that compare these to some of the cheaper Shure models. Make no mistake, these are NOT up to the level of Shure E2C. I have the 11mm, and they offer more bass than the E2C, which isn't exactly my taste. Regardless, I've been VERY happy with the purchase for headphones to keep at work. One note: the in-line volume piece is susceptible to "sweat damage" if you wear them under your shirt while running.

These ear buds rule!!!! Granted, I got them on bc.com's WhiskeyMiltia.com for $30, but these are super high quality, they are still awesome for double that price, sound quality is amazing.

they are really awesome, they soud great and they are really durable cuz like 2 days after i got them i accidentally sent them though the washer and the dryer and when i found them when i folding my clothes they sill worked great and sounded just as good as when i first got them all though i wouldnt recumend tryin that...

just got them the sound is perfickt and thay are in some of the coolist colers. + the ears did not blow out yet hoping it does not

These bad boys pump out the most bass i've ever heard, also i've put them as high as they go with my i-pod and they aint crackly yet.

I know I cant! Skull Candy did it right with the Full Metal Jackets Headphones. They are AWESOME quality...the music is clear, even with the volume up. The Full Metal Jackets tune out everything around you which is great for the gym, the pool, public transportation, or any other time the convo around you is just a little TMI.

Great sound quality, but you can't hear anything external even when the music is muted. The ear buds lock in and cancel all noise, which can be good, but dangerous.

These headphones have amazing bass response and crystal clear highs. I have always had an issue with earbuds hurting or backing out of my ears but not with these. They also come with 3 different size silicon earpieces. The smokin bud earbuds back out and the in line volume control is horrible. The one that comes with the full metal jacket is way more legit.

These headphones provide great sound and are comfortable. Definitely recommend them.

whoever wote the there not good for sk8n is a dumbshit they have perfect sound and they go far into ur ear canal so they wont fall out, i love them best perchase eva

the sound is good. but, i finally got so pissed off at the ear buds falling out of my ear when i was riding that i just went back to my old headphones. whack! so yea if your looking for to use them for shredding i would advise against it.

i haven't found them cheaper anywhere else and with free shipping AND a gift box!? thats friggen awesome. thanx
